Humanity In Mumbai

Hello Everyone!

I'm listening since childhood that 'Marathi People cannot do Business'. When I was a kid that time I didn't get it. But now I get the meaning of it and also a reason behind it. Okay, I disagree that Marathi People cannot do Business. I'm Maharashtrian in India. But my father is an Entrepreneur.

Well, We Maharashtrians always have a great humanity in our nature. Actually, I don't like the food with bread such as burger and milky food like Paneer. I like only food which is made by my mom and the snacks like Vadapav, Samosapav and South Indian dishes like Idly, Dosa, Vada Sambhar. I can eat it daily. I love it. It is delicious.

In August 2017, Many people stuck in their offices, railway station and Mumbai due to heavy rainfall. That time People who were selling their snacks at counter such as Vadapav, Samosapav, those people gave it free to stuck people, if they didn't have money, it is okay. Take it free. So this is called Humanity. Everybody was helping each other. This was a beauty or spirit of this city.

We know McD, KFC, PizzaHut are earning much much higher than that Snack counter's owner. Even the owner of those snack counters fully depends on the counters. Still, they were giving it free. And McD, KFC, PizzaHut has never ever opened it in such scenarios.Almost all the Owners of Snack counter were Maharashtrian. This is a reason behind the Marathi People cannot do Business is always said by some people. Becuase we have a lot of humanity. Massive respect to those people.  We believe in a Charity Starts at home. :) :) Proud to be Maharashtrian. :) Proud to be Indian!

 Today I'm going tell an incident about me. I am a strong girl. I belong from a middle-class family. I am a very free-minded person. Actually, I am a girl with boy personality. I look beautiful in Indian wear but It is difficult to handle such heavy dresses and dupatta. I like to wear jeans and t-shirts. It is very comfortable for me. Even my familiar doesn't like it. In my life, I met a lot of boys but the sad thing is every boy wants me to wear Indian wear because it suits me. Every boy wants me to change. I still listening that " please don't wear such cheap dresses, you look beautiful in salwar kameez. Don't walk like boys. Don't talk like boys." No one thinks about what I want. Just they told me what they want. I started wearing salwar kameez, then my friend said: "Pooja, you don't like to wear dresses with dupatta because you cannot handle it."
I said: "Yes, but I don't have an option because everyone in my life is asking me to wear such dresses." He said: "If you don't like then don't wear. It is so simple. Be beautiful in your way. Don't do what others want. Do what you want. Wear what you want. Because people will change their choice instantly. So you have to change your dress code again."  I wondered. :)  Because he was the first person or boy said me that wear what you want. That was precious for me. And I decided to live life in my way and my choices. I think every woman should not allow men to choose her clothes. And forced to look according to their demand. If they are not liking you as you are, that means they will not like you after you changed yourself on their demand.
I respect those people who appreciate me for looking nice in Indian wear. But Now, I won't allow forcing any men in my life to change myself.  I am beautiful in my way. Looking beauty does not mean having fair skin, with a lot of makeup containing eyeliner, mascara and wearing high heels. Beautiful has a different meaning for every girl. So Men should not rate them.

Are joint families disappearing?

What gives nuclear family?

In India, families were joint. In a joint family, the family members could be 20 to 30.  My mom was telling me that when she was a kid, that time her family was joint. There were 30 to 40 members in the family. Everyone from the family was working in farm except one person. That one person had to stay at home to take care of kids and house. She said the family is responsible for stopping my education. The School was too away from the house. So both sisters used to go together. Her cousin got failed and familiar decided to stop both's education. But my mom wanted to go school and she was a bright student.  Unfortunately, she cannot complete her schooling. I think there must be a lot of reason like this to being a nuclear family. So after some decades, it's difficult to find joint families. If they maintain or did not do such small mistakes and keep everyone happy then still we can see joint families in India. 

Now there are a lot of problems in the nuclear family. No one is at home to take care of kids. So parents are keeping their kids in babysitting and nursery. Recently We have seen the news that caretaker hit the baby. It was inhumanity. So again the question arises who will stay at home for kids. Becuase in this generation both husband and wife want to a done job. If a kid is in teenage, he or she cannot discuss her or his problems with their parents. Becuase they are busy in their office. So they might take a wrong way with a wrong suggestion which may get them from any person. Teenagers getting addicted to Blue Whale game and Internet. And committing suicide. Is it happen due to nuclear family? Who is responsible for this? Now Joint family is a need or not?

Are Bollywood films corrupting the Indian Youth? 

Well, let's take a glance on the Bollywood movies.

Now we can say that almost every movie is somewhere related to famous underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim. Recently I have seen a movie named 'Haseena Parkar'. In the movie, they have shown a court case related to Haseena Parkar who is a sister of Dawood Ibrahim and some flashback of the past related to her life.  Everybody has their family problems, financial problems and in such movies, those people have shown that the gangsters have chosen this way because of their problems. In a movie, they tried to make them Hero. Bollywood exposing all the stories related to  Dawood Ibrahim. He is a villain. In 90's all citizens of Mumbai were scared because of him. There are a lot of people who did very valuable and precious work for society. But Bollywood is not interested to show them. It's a sad truth. But they are not real Heros according to me. Today's generation needs films such as baby, holiday: A soldier is never off Duty, Phantom, Airlift. But Bollywood is trying to make villains as Heros. Because of this it might happen that new generation will consider that to choose a wrong way for our progress is Okay and they will choose those ways. Bollywood is more interested in making films based on the gangster, crime, Don, and mafia. This might take place a bad impact on youth.

What is wrong with Engineering Student? 

The reason behind Unemployment!!!

Let's start from the First Year of Engineering. Subjects will be Engineering Drawing, Mechanics, Maths. Except Mechanical and Civil Engineers other engineers do not have any need of Engineering Drawing. Now telecom industries have stopped recruiting employees. Not only in telecom industries but also in each field there are fewer opportunities. In four year of entire course, we will not get the education or the technology which is used in industry. Mumbai University is busy in teaching us the older technology which was used in 1930 around the decades of World War II. But nowadays technology has been improved in industries. While recruiting employees industry will not ask what you have taught in your college. Now we have one subject i.e CCNA. This technology is used in industries nowadays. but college doesn't have a faculty for that subject. The professor doesn't have deep knowledge in that subject and industry need employees who are aware of new technology. We can't blame students for unemployment.Now consider if the Mr Mark Zuckerberg the co-founder of 'Facebook' didn't know the computer programming then he could be the founder of Facebook today? Exactly. Students don't have knowledge of latest technology. So companies are not recruiting students... If students tried to take knowledge of new technology then everyone cannot afford that much fees. Because the fees of Engineering college is almost 1 to 2 lac. That is the reason behind Unemployment in India. Nowadays, Every engineering student wants to enter in different fields such as banking, competitive exams, acting, youtuber and different fields. The Sad truth behind the unemployment of engineers!!!
